Early bird here through and through... I cannot sleep in even if i want to, unless i am sick, i wake up no later than 7AM, so accordingly i try to go to sleep 11PM or so... I mean sure tempting to read in bed, but i can do it early in the morning too after waking up...

Early bird here. Unless I'm reading a really great manga or book that keeps me awake until 1am haha
Mostly early bird nowadays, always wake up around 4AM mmm...

It's 4:19 am as I type this, so definitely night owl. I struggle so much with keeping a regular sleep schedule, I'm always just so tired during the day and I can't sleep through the night.
Even if I try to force myself to go to sleep at night and stay awake all day to get onto a normal sleep schedule, it never seems to stick for long. I don't sleep very well, and I eventually end up either staying up way too late anyway because I'm just not tired and I have poor impulse control, or oversleeping and sleeping into the day if I don't have multiple alarms set and really force myself to get up, and then I'm back to square one.
